This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location, situated on a hill far enough off the road, ensures that traffic noise is not a problem. The staff was attentive and efficient in getting our information into the computer. The rooms were clean and well-furnished with a brand-new air conditioning unit.
All was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

Totally recommend this property to anyone. The rooms met the purpose...
For us it was ideal.

It's uniqueness. It was apparent that it was an establishment that had been around for many years, but had been remodeled. It had an 'olden-days' charm about it. It was tastefully decorated.
It was clearly a motel. We had expected a hotel. The rooms were outdated, from the TV to the amenities provided. It did not have a refrigerator or microwave. The refrigerator is important to us, as my wife is diabetic and needs to keep her insulin chilled.

This hotel is a hidden gem, tucked away on a hill far enough off the road that traffic noise is not a problem. The location is perfect, especially for those flying into Greenville as it is right next to the airport. The attentive staff made us feel right at home, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with basic amenities. We particularly appreciated the brand-new air conditioning unit in our room, ensuring a cool and pleasant stay. Lastly, the breakfast included in our stay was a delightful surprise with a wide variety of options to choose from.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

I loved everything about this mid-century motel. It doesn't sit directly on the highway, and the interior courtyard around the pool has beautiful old growth landscaping. Funky and fun.
I felt the carpet could be replaced; it was a bit tired.

The room was not as pictured on their website. Room was extremely small, bed uncomfortable and firm, bathroom was way to small, and the feel was one of a very cheap motel. The bar was decent but filled with locals dancing and taking up parking close to the rooms. Breakfest was not worth the stay, small amount of eggs, plain sausage, watery grits and horrible and cold home fires. There was only water and coffee to drink as well. I would not recommend anyone staying in this hotel as there are many superior hotels close by.

The hotel staff was very friendly. When we did have problems with our stay they made sure to take care of us. The breakfast was great, I paid a third of the price of a Hilton or other fancy hotel and got the same treatment, if not better. Fancy 70's decor, great staff, nice pool, and cheap. You don't get much better than that.
They were doing plumbing work on the room we were in the second night of our stay and told us we couldn't take a shower during that time. The internet did not work in the room as well, but when I went to the front counter to ask them to move us they were happy to. We got a new room where the internet worked fine and we could take showers. There were only these two problems and they took care of them just fine.

The hotel was confortable, and relaxing. I enjoyed the southern style and the way the roms were decorated. The pool and the garden were very peaceful spots to merely sit and enjoy the day. I also enjoyed being able to bring my small dog with me.
I had requested a first floor room, and was told that none were available. However, there were many empty first floor rooms. Also, I was charged a fee for a small rerfrigerator in which to place my medication. The buffet breakfast did not include toast, or pancakes or waffles.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot breakfast items. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to popular attractions and restaurants.
The room we stayed in was outdated and in need of renovations. The carpet was worn, and the fixtures in the bathroom were old and in poor condition.

Good value for the price, location was great as we were apartment hunting for our son. Plenty of parking with a nice complementary breakfast.
Bathroom was a little small and some of the some of the fixtures in the bathroom needed to be better maintained.
